First, we do not limit the number of leads or the reach we achieve for your campaign. The reason is simple. If we are able to fill your calendar and book more calls for you, we will make more money and you will be a happier customer because of the increased revenue.

You can pause campaigns with us, which is often requested by clients who need some time to work through the booked appointments we generate. The benefit to you is that your sending infrastructure remains intact and there is no need to re-onboard or pay another setup fee.

We can advise you on fine-tuning your offer, optimizing your appointment hit rate, and any aspect of your process that can help you close more business. After all, your success is our success.

Remember, too, that we've been doing B2B consultative marketing for over 20 years, and in that time we've learned what works and what doesn't.

Plus, we use the exact same service we offer you to generate our own customers and revenue.

The below is our starting point. Campaigns are expanded based on your campaign data and requirements.

20 domains with 10 domains initially used and 10 serving as backup.
2 inboxes per domain = 40 inboxes with 20 used initially.
50 emails per day per email address - 20 x 50 = 1000 emails per day.

To ensure a high success rate, we focus on a single lead profile for each campaign. If you have multiple lead profiles, we can easily cover them by running multiple campaigns.

We do not do rev share or partnership deals unless we specifically seek them out and independently vet a potential collaboration.

Our offer is also tightly focused to ensure highly-efficient service delivery. Straying from this fixed approach does not serve our clients or ourselves.

The reason we can't do that is because that would make our income dependent on your ability to close and not our ability to deliver qualified appointments. That would mean your skill, or possible lack thereof, then determines our income, instead of our skill to deliver what we say we'll deliver.

In short, we use cold outreach aimed at highly targeted leads. We send personalized emails to these leads. We further engage those who respond with interest and move to book a call with them on your behalf. Booked calls are added to your calendar and you are notified via Slack.
